These Terms govern your use of VoyAssist, an AI travel planning and guided audio tour service operated by Rong Zhu, trading as VoyAssist ("we", "us", "VoyAssist"). By creating an account or continuing to use the service you agree to these Terms. If you are using VoyAssist on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind it; if you use it as an individual, you confirm you are of legal age in your country.
1. The service
VoyAssist generates personalised travel itineraries, provides navigation links and routes to the sights you select, plays AI-generated audio guidance, and answers your voice and photo questions about places you visit. Itinerary planning is free. Guided tours are free for the first three tours per account, after which you need a single-tour pass or a VoyAssist Pro subscription.
2. Your account
- Provide accurate registration details and keep them up to date.
- Keep your login credentials confidential; you are responsible for activity on your account.
- One account per person unless we agree otherwise in writing.
3. Licence and restrictions
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use VoyAssist for your own personal travel within the plan you have purchased. You must not reverse engineer the service, resell or redistribute it, or circumvent technical or usage limits.
4. Acceptable use
You must not misuse VoyAssist. In particular, you must not:
- use it unlawfully or for fraud, spam or harassment;
- infringe anyone's intellectual property or privacy rights;
- interfere with security — no malware, probing, scraping or automated bulk access;
- submit content that is illegal, hateful, sexually exploitative, or that impersonates a real person (including deepfakes);
- attempt to jailbreak, manipulate or extract the underlying AI models or prompts.
5. AI-generated content
Itineraries, audio guidance, and answers to your voice or photo questions are produced by AI models and may be inaccurate, incomplete or out of date. They are provided for general information only and are not professional, legal, medical, financial or safety advice. You are responsible for your prompts, for verifying information before acting on it, and for having the rights to any photo or content you submit. Always follow local traffic laws, signage and safety instructions — never rely on navigation or audio guidance while it is unsafe to do so.
You retain rights in the content you submit and grant us a limited licence to host and process it solely to provide the service. We may remove content, filter or refuse outputs, and suspend accounts to enforce these Terms. If you believe content infringes your rights, contact us at tzsmile2023@gmail.com and we will review and, where appropriate, remove it; repeat infringers lose access.
6. Intellectual property
We retain ownership of VoyAssist, including its software, design, branding and documentation. Nothing in these Terms transfers that ownership to you.
7. Service availability
We aim to keep VoyAssist available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Maps, routing, transit data and AI providers are third-party services that may change or become unavailable.
8. Payment and subscriptions
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
Payment, billing, currency, taxes, renewals, cancellations and refunds are handled under Paddle's Checkout Buyer Terms. VoyAssist Pro is billed weekly in advance and renews automatically until cancelled; you can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the paid period. 9. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these Terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. On termination your right to use VoyAssist ends; you may request an export of your itineraries within 30 days, after which data may be deleted.
10. Warranties and liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. We are not liable for indirect, consequential or special damages, including lost profits, data or goodwill. Our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 6 months before the claim. Nothing limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.
11. Indemnity
You will indemnify us against claims arising from your content, your unlawful use of the service, or your breach of these Terms.
12. General
We may update these Terms; material changes will be notified in the app or by email. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in a merger or acquisition. Neither party is liable for delays caused by events beyond its reasonable control. These Terms are governed by the laws of the seller's jurisdiction and disputes will be heard by its competent courts.
